It shouldnt be that way. But who is responsible for the conditions created?
The people who can barely afford to take care of themselves yet CHOOSE to bring multiple children into the world.
Pretty simple math you don't add more people to an equation when you can handle the people in it already.

I'm talking about Choosing to bring children into this world knowing you cannot afford them.
If you are choosing not to talk about this deeper its ok. In order for certain conditions to thrive, has to be something that enables those conditions to exist.
