Individualism is what is being preached here. Do you want someone else to handle this problem for you, being that you're an individual? Are you admitting that you need protection? This is what I have a problem with comprehending. If we are preaching individualism, why are you looking for other entities, i.e. the govt, to solve your problem?

Can't have it both ways.
The main concept with individualism is government interference to be kept at a minimum. The one thing asked of them is to enforce law and order. So ironically your concept could not be more wrong.

That's like saying I'm an adult, but I still live in my parents house. People just need to be honest with themselves. Shouldn't even be a worry about crime in an ideal society. Isn't that what we want, an ideal society?

Not according to individualism. It’s pretty much I put myself over everyone else and I’m not worried about others and other groups. There’s no mention of ideal society in individualism. It’s leave me alone but since I pay taxes enforce law and order pretty much in todays day and age. Not saying I agree with the concepts.

It’s indeed a matter of national security and sovereignty. Striking the right balance between individualism and collective security is an important debate that must be addressed. Addressing border protection is issue the country need take careful approach . It often involves a combination of measures, such as improving border security, enforcing immigration laws, and implementing fair and effective immigration policies. It’s a topic that requires thoughtful discussion, analysis, and decisions by policymakers and the public to find a balanced approach.

So you claim individuality, yet still are dependent on another entity for your own well being

You want it both ways

Let me stress, there's nothing wrong with that at all

Just be honest about it

At the end of the day, you can scream individuality, but you're admitting you still need the government to provide for your sanity

Thats ok, but be honest about it.

I'm throwing you a bone here.

This is exactly why I say there's no such thing as the middle class

Nothing strikes more fear in the heart of someone making 150K than a homeless person

99% of us are all one medical procedure away from our life savings being wiped out

Government hasn't made a profit since 2001

But we're worried about people sleeping in tents

When I ask people if they want an ideal society with no crime and where everyone is doing well, why aren't people falling over themselves to say yes

Wow

The problem isn't even the government at this point when you look at it like that

Migrants my ass.

How would you feel if your mother and father had to file for bankruptcy and you were living in their house

You wouldn't like to hear that

But the government hasnt made a profit since 2001 and no one cares

Lol

This is the true definition of woke, not what's been shoveled to you at the trough.

Its ok, it's not your fault. It's all us Americans know. Time to wake up.
