It depends on where you stay too. Anything on S. Ocean Blvd. will be nearer to the college spring break type of action. We found this out when we visited MB with our young children. We always stay at a place on N. Ocean Blvd. in the 70s and 80s avenues area and have never seen anything but older people and other families with young kids. Further down the street in the S. Ocean Blvd. section we saw a lot of traffic congestion, tiny bikinis, and a party atmosphere. Of course, if things don't warm up down there soon, you probably won't be seeing any bikinis anywhere, lol.
