Hey Rapture - Let us know what you think. I haven't eaten at Flo's in quite awhile.
We go there fairly often and I always get the same thing. I've had dinners there I didn't like but that's the case with almost any place. They have great bloody marys, sandwiches and cole slaw. I usually stick to that but my husband and his mom eat the sauteed seafood platter and they love it. I was there a few weeks ago with a bunch of girls and everyone really liked their food.
We just came back from 2 weeks camping in MB and went down to Murrells for dinner one night with the kids. Ate a terrific meal at Creek Ratz. Hubby had the best blackened mahi mahi he's ever had! All our food was outstanding-the fried pickles are a must to try!
We went to Flo's last night and my meal was as good as ever. Mother in law had the broiled seafood - excellent, sis in law had crab legs - excellent, father in law had red beans and rice and said it was just ok. We had several appetizers and they were all good.
I was at Flo's with a group of people for Mardi Gras........It was so much fun. We all had our masks and hats on, beads....bracelets. The dixie band was playing......It is a funky place for sure.
Everyone enjoyed their food.
