We are relocating from the Hudson Valley in NY down to Murrells Inlet in the summer of 2022. We’ve been searching neighborhoods on recent trips down there to visit parents and other family members as well researching several real estate sites. One of the harder more daunting tasks is trying to learn which neighborhoods have the most kids- our son is 9 now so he’ll be 11 and on his way into 6th grade when we make the move. I have the flood maps and usually compare them to areas we are interested in. Looking for some opinions on good neighborhoods with kids running around outside. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
