We are right across the street too (in Park West) and have had TWC since we moved in, July 2009.

Maybe because your street isn't finished yet?? They're still building like crazy over there. Maybe it's not in their system yet. Don't worry, you will have service there. Cable companies won't allow customers to slip through the cracks.

They started building this neighborhood four years ago, so there are already lots of homes on our street. I would think the street would be in their system if they offered service on our street.
