We chose TWC and so far so good. I liked that it's a month-month vs signing on with a contract. Prices the same more or less.

we have time warner in Little River. We have internet, 4 TV's (4 people live in my house) and dvr's on all of them. No phone service, we use cell phones. My bill just went up to $209 a month, and that's with no premium channels. I think its an outrageous amount to pay. Service has been very good tho.

TW seems to have better pricing. The local office is great to work with. I had an issue and was not satisfied with the response time for a tech when I called their 800 number. Drove down to the local office and spoke with the folks there. They escalated and resolved the issue above and beyond my satisfaction. Problems happen. How they are handled is what matters. The local folks go above and beyond.

HTC BlueWave is not available in the 70's North near Ocean Blvd apparently. They would resell someone else's phone service if I went with them for any communications services.

I was excited about the potential of Fiber.

I'm moving into the Parmelee neighborhood next month, and was told TWC is the internet/cable provider there, but when I call them, they say they don't service my address. Does anyone know who services that neighborhood?

Yes! Thank you so much! How do you find the internet service, as far as speed, reliability, cost, etc.? I will be working from home, so good internet connectivity is going to be very important. Do you have your TV and phone through HTC as well?

Yep, we have all 3. Everything works great, and their customer service & support is fantastic

Edit... Cost is about the same as I was paying back in NY
Reliability .... No problems losing signal, etc
Speed... I'm not a tech type of guy. But the stuff is lightening fast for the stuff I use it for.

Love HTC. I had TW in a rental house before building this house. Now I have HTC. HTC has fabulous customer service, and I'm pleased with their prices.
