I'm looking for a reputable move-in cleaning service to prepare our home for us before we move in. anyone have recommendations for a company that does all the deep cleaning needed after new construction? I need it all- paint off windows, cleaning floors from all the construction dust/grit, thorough cleaning of cabinets, sanitizing appliances, scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms....the works.
I'm in a hurry, so flexibility is important, and its a large house, so a crew situation would probably be most efficient.
I know that builders usually provide this service but we are not satisfied with the work that was done and I need to start over...

Is this a foreclosure/short sale situation? Resale? Good condition or a mess? I've seen it all and that info. matters. Do you need rugs cleaned, floors refinished? Furniture there they sold you or part of the sale? Empty?

Sorry, I just read you mentioned that. I dont know a company but I know a person that does cleaning and she's great if you cant find anyone else. She's in Carolina Forest so not sure how far she will go or where this house is but if you need her contact info., let me know. She has cleaned for me several times and that was with lots of furniture and two pets.

Little late to the game here......

I just purchased a new construction in Murrells. The builder contracts a team of cleaners for his builds. They did an excellent job on my house (inside & out). Rugs, wood floors, tile, wood cabinets, windows, appliances....all spotless.
You mentioned you're buying a new construction home. I'm surprised the builder doesn't do that for you FREE of charge.

Oh they did hire someone to do clean-up, but lets just say that we were not satisfied with the job done so we're choosing to go with someone else.
