We are an older couple, but active, moving to MB. We will be renting long term. We like young people, but would prefer to be with a mixed crowd where people of all ages rent in the community. We are looking to rent in market commons. What apartment communities are available, what age group, does anyone live there who could give us some feedback.

Are there any other apt. complexes people would suggest. We don't have to be in MB, but want to live pretty close to the water. Anything we should know that is significant to MB about renting. We have owned and rented in MD.

We are going to sell all our stuff and buy in MB. All help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
