Somehow I feel Waterford plantation neighborhood is very attractive... but it is pricier too

It is close to 501 and shopping, medical centers etc., .... Also it is central to Conway (CCU) and the beach as well as to other highways - 17, 31, 544...

Could you suggest the neighborhoods similar to Waterford plantation with above features

In 1971-73, we lived in Conway - and the address of our home was Route 1, Box 32D. We are planning to return to S Car to retire and are interested in the same vicinity. I note the address is no longer known as Route 1 -- can you give me the address of that location as well as homes available in that vicinity

I know this is an old post but if you can rent, I would do that first to get a feel for the area.
