thanks!

You don't mention where the rest of the family are staying. Myrtle Beach consists of a huge area. Will they be in North Myrtle Beach or down by Surfside Beach?
There is a nice Country Inn and Suites off of 501 which heads out to the beach.
There are two La Quintas one by Broadway at the Beach and one down by the beach a bit further.
In Surfside there is a pretty nice Red Roof with a great pool and a pet friendly section.
There is also right on the ocean in Surfside a Holiday Inn.

Well 1st you need to make sure your in the area where others are staying, if they are in Garden City and you go to Little River your almost an hour away from each other. Everyone calls all 60 miles of the Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach.

So you need to say where others are staying 1st before you look and yes there will be many places available off the beach front that will save you a lot of money when compared to beach front.
