We looked at Hidden Lakes too before choosing Lafayette Park (across the street from rear entarnce of Hidden Lakes). Similar housing but we chose new construction and ability to choose our prefererd finishes vs homes that were in some cases several years old. Some housing at Lafayette Park is also on "small ponds'. Those that are not have birms for privacy. Good luck with your relocation plans!
