They seem to think that " Suicide Squad" is going to help salvage a dismal summer movie season. That's their official stance anyway, something tells me they're already writing it off as yet another major disappointment.

Not having seen BvS, I defer to your criticism. That said, there's no denying the fact that Marvel still kicked DC's butt at the box office. Marvel is doing something better that DC has yet to grasp.

To be fair the Paramount and Universal MCU films didn't make more money than the DCEU films worldwide. The boxoffice kicking butt only occurred when they switched to Buena Vista.
