Bel Air is now owned by 4 Dimensions Properties. I'm sure they are better than the last owners. We shall see !

I hope so ! First step is to repave the lot and fix the lights.on the building and on the palm trees. It gave Miami vice vibes.

Another successful month for Mobile and Mobile County as it relates to single family building permits

Mobile County had 127 permits issued in March 2024, with 48 going to the unincorporated parts of the county and 48 within Mobile City Limit. This brings the total for the first quarter of 2024 to 411 single family buildings permits issued, with 105 in city limits and 220 in the unincorporated parts of the county. Mobile County is up 243% from this time last year.

Baldwin County had 199 permits issued for a total of 686 issued permits for all of 2024

I’ve been seeing that too, the former Candy Store and all the land near was bought up at the end of February and bought by a Mobile based commercial developer whose name escapes me rn. The whole property is 8 acres, far to large for just a Chick Fil A

That would be ironic. Unless "chicken strips" will take on a new meaning at Chick Fil'a ... which'd be kind of awesome in a weird way.
