I was listening to the Glenn show and they had a Guest on from Minn. MN --- The stories he told of Minn. now being run by Gangs and Political Hacks 'led one to believe' they are in cahoots --- RIGHT BEFORE a state of Total Anarchy !

Minnesota is much, much more than the Twin Cities.

Don't forget that the Twin Cities generates most of Minnesota's income and wealth and supports the rest of the state. All Minnesotans have a stake it how well the cities do.

The facts are the best place to start. As a gun owner, you have to understand the that for your home you have the castle doctrine and when out of your home, you have the duty to retreat. So in other words, if somone invades you home, you do not have to retreat. If an adult came charging into your home swinging a baseball bat at you or your family, you have the right to defend yourself. However, If a three year old would come charging into your home, the law would not be on your side if you shot a child. So, the doctrine is a reasonable defense of your home, self, and family.

The duty to retreat is about proportional defense and makes perfect sense. If someone threatens you with their fists, you can't shoot them. If you have to retreat and warn them to back off. If they continue to follow you and threaten to beat you up you continue to retreat. When you can no longer retreat and the person continues forward, only then would have a right to shoot them.

The posters belief that a group is protected is not based on the facts or any laws, but on fantasy. The poster just made it up.

All that the deposition shows is that there was internal strife within the prosecutor’s office and disagreement about which charges to level against Chauvin, not whether he should be charged.

She tries to spin the George Floyde death in a "new" light that is not based on facts probably in an effort to rehab the husbands damaged reputation.
