The city could go a long way towards making look out points in various parts of the city to watch the sunset over it or take in a view of the skyline. They need to make it more tourist friendly.

Have you been out to Black Point Marina and walked out on the jetty where people fish? The other place with a great view is at Matheson Hammock in the Red Fish Grill parking lot.

true but I'm thinking more along the lines of what they have in other places. You could build a small parking lot along the side of a bridge with a view of the city. We don't have alot of natural elevation here. what we need are small parkinglots and look out points. When one of my coworkers gave me a tour of seattle there were plenty of places to go and just see a sweeping vista of the city. maybe one day we will have some city leadership that would purchase small plots of land from private owners to accomplish this. Seeing things at ground level just isnt the same as seeing them from above.

^^^Ahh I know what you are talking about. Not many of those, the problem we have is exactly what you said elevation and the places along our coast are filled with homes, not many places where a major public road gets close to the water. No you go into northern broward and Palm Beach county they still have something close what you are looking for.

if you made a bridge wide enough you could put a small parkinglot on it. with a few spots.

If you take the Rickenbacker out towards Key Biscayne there are plenty of places to park the car along the Causeway, get out and take in a view of Miami.

Default Miami

I went there for a visit.
The city is Amazing!! lots of skyscrapers, all brand new.
Downtown area had some impressive condos which are also relatively cheap ( around 200 thoudsand) compared to Toronto's 400 thousand average.
also, Who dosn't like warm weather in december?!
