Some experts are suggesting that many residents will be running away from their highrises, and prices will back up

The failure was probably due to the UNITED STATES NAVY'S EXPLOSION of that bigazz BOMB in the water when it was detonated right off the coast

Just watch

OTHER BUILDINGS ARE AT PROBABLE RISK AS WELL

That is what great minds think about?
I hope they think about what might have caused this event and if it has anything to do with local building codes then yeah, those codes should be changed.

Was this the actual rubble, or was it from the remaining of building standing? I’m thinking the latter.

The Miami Herald twists every piece of news to try and make DeSantis look bad. That kind of reporting might be why the Tampa Bay Times have a circulation 600% higher then the Miami Herald despite having a smaller population.

I saw that video just now - total insanity watching that. Looked like a demolition! Remember when they blew up that 50th street area building and didn't give proper notice? Looks a little like that - surprised half of it was still standing.

I pray that they find everyone. You'd think in Summer its mostly empty but sadly it wasn't from the photos.
