This is so sad in so many levels. If you see the 3d aerial of the building, it’s more than half the building gone. It’s like a whole second tower just collapsing. And it was full of people too. My condolences to all the families.

Truth Traveller,

Why are you the only one posting “lol”, funny faces, and attempting to make “jokes”?

Is this how you cope with sad situations?

At least 51 people confirmed unaccounted for, so far. This is terrible.

Just horrible...a nightmare

Condos are built with the livingroom/kit/etc up front....bedrooms in the back

..this was about 1:30 in the morning...and it looks like the back of the condos that went on the part left standing
everyone would have been in the bed

Just talked to a very well known Broker who handles a lot of condo transactions, and they are seeing prices falling in a few highrises, and a few cancellations

Local Papers ? can't even wrap fish with them...the ink would make a HUGE mess, worse than my hands and sinuses . . .

Just speculating here but I wonder if it was caused by unpermitted work or work that wasn't inspected properly.
Truly a tragedy. I hope the investigation is conclusive as to the cause.

I’m sure it will. A massive tragedy is unfolding before us and the investigation will take quite some time.
