East Massapqua is going to be Amityville schools, always. Lindenhurst school rated better of course. but ratings are ? idk

If you are utilizing public schools then Lindenhurst.

Depends on if you are referring to what is generally considered East Massapequa or what technically is. Nassau Shores for example isn't thought of as East Massapequa, but technically it is.

Babylon is one of only a handful of towns on LI that allow you to walk from home to a “downtown “ area with life. Most towns are just strip malls suburbia.
