I hope to God they were right becuase two lives were taken here.

I think if this case were tried today Chris would be a free man.
It's not just the cops who send people to jail. This case was brought before a jury, correct?

I can only hope that they get them all right. Like anybody else, I don't want to see an innocent man/woman serve somebody else's time, but as we all know, it happens.

Can I ask what makes you think Loliscio is an innocent man?

After viewing the 48 Hours program on the Tankleff case, I think he's innocent.

A few things...

All they really got on Lolisio was that he had sex with her that night.

The state of the body didnt agree with the time or tide patterns of Setauket harbor.

There was no smoking gun....and with the technology available today I dont think he wouldve been convicted.

PS
You may be right on Marty too

Katie Beers comes to mind
C

I have seen her real mother driving around Babylon in a taxi.
I am so thankful that our last DA made certain that no information got out about her & it hasn't in the nearly 15 years since it happened . I'm glad the newspapers complied. It is unusual , though, that they did.

Or when the nurse from St. James was murdered by a bunch of kids that entered her house stole I think her vcr and then murdered her to see what it was like to see someone die? That nurse was my Mom's best friend.

That was Robert Johnson's daughter , wasn't it ? I think the DA was also a friend of his and prosecuted the case himself. That poor woman. It was horrible.

I remember the Jennfer Manners case

Her Dad Dr. Manners was my son's pediatrician. Jennifer would (at 12) sneak out of the house at night and take a taxi to meet boys. Why didn't her parents know what was going on? How could a taxi take a child out by herself?
