I forgot about that! He was on Howard Stern this week to promote and I always enjoy hearing his views on things. The Plum Island thing sounded specifically interesting. Was it good?

It was good! He made Tim Bishop look like a jerk. They looked into how Lyme disease may have been created there. How it was started by a Nazi. Montauk monster.A man found dead on the beach with long fingers and holes in his head and a fired research center employee with a pirate flag on his boat brought him to the island while being chased by homeland security.

I just check out some of it on YouTube, looks very interesting. I have always been interested in Plum Island since I read Nelson DeMille's book. I dont have time to watch the whole thing now but I will.

it was just meh. too dramatic. the 'ta da' effect never came. his whole 'why are they chasing us, i am so and so and so and so' became the main attraction of the show.

Ventura lost me when he went down the 9/11 truther road. Those people are about as nutty as the Obama birth certificate wackos.

Does anyone have more information about the dead man found with extra long fingers? I don't remember that story at all.

I remember the Montauk Monster story and it was "explained" as being a dead, bloated dog.

Jesse "The Body" Ventura was somewhat entertaining as a wrestler. I really wouldn't take anything else that he's ever done very seriously. Including being a governor.
