Hi, I bought a very expensive bed from Strobel Industries approx 4-5 years ago. It came with a 30 year warranty. This year it had numerous issues culminating in a leak which rendered it unusable. I am currently crippled up sleeping on an air mattress. I hate to buy another waterbed when I know mine should be covered by the warranty. This company has been in business for decades and was reputed to be quality products made in America.
The company website and phones still active but no one ever returned my calls or emails after months of trying. The address listed for their manufacturing and office is 252 C America Place in the Jeffersonville Industrial Park. I live out of state so I can’t just drive there. I tried contacting the local chamber of commerce but no luck. Anyone have any info on this company? It was owned by Mark Strobel. Thanks

I see they have some one-star reviews on Yelp.

You might try contacting the office of Indiana's attorney general, Todd Rokita. He's buggo on consumer protection.

Mods could also move this to the Indiana forum--this outfit is closer to Louisville than Indianapolis. There might be a consumer protection reporter in that area.

If it's closer to Louisville, why not move it to that forum? It's certainly not a "local" business for Indianapolis. Jeffersonville is literally right across the river from Louisville.

They might know of local consumer protection reporters in the Louisville forum. But if it's a matter of legal action, the jurisdiction matters.

OP, where are you?
