My family have been multiracial/tribal/ethnic for nearly 14 generations...and today I wake up every morning with my four Omaha/Ponca/Chippewa grandchildren, and have my African-American (seeking their tribes in Africa) Chippewa, Ponca, Scottish, German, Norwegian granddaughters come over along with their Chippewa, Ponca Scottish, German, Norwegian, French brothers (may grandsons)...our living family also includes Koreans, Philipinos, Mexican-Americans, Mexicans, Cubans and a few others ....but one thing we are a clan...and that means at this time after the death of my brother a month ago, I am the head of that clan...so what each of them does reflexes on me, either good or bad...I remind them of that and that someday they will be the heads of the clan....so walk a good path for your ancestors are watching ever move you make, every word you speak...and will meet you soon enough to discuss not only what you did but what you didn't do in this short life ..aho
