Thats too bad, guess I wont go back and check it out.
My grandparents lived off Riverland just of Davie, SW 16th CT, know anything about that neighborhood?

That area is actually still pretty nice. I would say anything a block or two south of Davie Blvd and east of 31st is still okay.

IMO any neighborhood with a duplex is usually a bad one. Is there such thing as nice duplexes becuase I have never seen one?

I agree with the general idea, but there are some in Cooper City that are OK. Lower income people have to live somewhere.

I find this sad, because the neighborhood has such a great location and the boat ramp so close to the New River is a nice feature.
Last year, we looked at home in the Lauderdale Isles area and I was turned off by the scuzziness of Riverland Rd and proximity to 441. It is really too bad because for a boating community you can't beat the location.

Yes, there are a few in Cooper City.
