Ooh, that sounds good. There's also Swedish Potato Salad. I always swore that my Mom made the best potato salad ever until I had a friend's Swedish Potato Salad. I could have eaten the entire bowl, it was that good! (Sorry, Mom).
Could you post a recipe for Swedish Potato Salad? I see there are a few versions online.
This reminded me of Polk Salad Annie. It should be salat.
