so much for all this discrimination....NAACP bans

there's over 3 million blacks in Florida...they are not packing up and moving

"on the economic diversification front, in just the last few years, Florida has moved into the number one spot in the United States for black-owned businesses and number two for Hispanic and number two for women-owned businesses as well.'”

“When you hear those numbers, what they are saying is, look, African-Americans and Hispanics are doing quite well here when it comes to running their own businesses and being able to make money here and being able to live decent lives."

meanwhile, the NAACP says Florida is a hostile environment for black people....
...reality disagrees

But wait...the internet and the media has told me that Florida is inherently racist to it's core. How can this be?

Ft Lauderdale the administration systems are overwhelmingly Haitian and being from the poorest country, they are not at all sympathetic to your rich white self

Well, the current Florida governor is doing the state of Florida zero favors for reputation, both nationwide and global.

Florida governor Ron Desantis recent bill signings to ban abortion (after 6 wks), ban trans healthcare, ban "saying gay" in classrooms and the banning of teaching important histories about many ethnicities is appalling.

Once businesses start taking their business elsewhere -- like Disney recent has with the expansion of 2000 jobs to Florida -- people will realize Desantis is not a good thing for Florida, long-term.

He's turning the clock back in Florida by 50-60 years.

Everything the internet media reports is the opposite of the truth...if they say "you" are racist, then its really saying that "they" themselves are racists.

Just reverse everything they report, & we'll all be fine.

We are ONE big family of Floridians here living in the Free State of Florida, & the rest can pound Coney Island sand....whilst they were wishing they were pounding Siesta Key sand

They cannot divide us, no matter how far they stray off topic.

Just to spite them, I'm going to Mi Pueblo (Hispanic-owned), or Chaz 51 Bistro (Black-owned) here in Venice FLA at 5pm today for Happy Hour!

Trust me, I will not be visiting Florida anytime soon. Nor will my friends and family.

The governor is not good for Florida business, reputation and ultimately, the people of Florida.
