I'm not going to post the daily death numbers, here are my totals for June and July, 2021:

5/30 thru 6/5 - 153
6/6 thru 6/12 - NR
6/13 thru 6/19 -196
6/20 thru 6/26 - 317

6/27 thru 7/3 - 149
7/4 thru 7/10 - 172
7/11 thru 7/17 - 238
7/18 thru 7/24 - 371
7/25 thru 7/31 - 409

WRnative, I might not have realized that the prior daily numbers were being updated the next day until sometime in August, that's why I did not capture the big daily numbers for June and July like I posted for 8/10, 8/12, 8/15, 8/18, 8/22, 8/25 and 8/27. I had no reason prior to mid-August to look back at "yesterday's numbers" on WOM until I read somewhere that the state did a big data dump (updating prior numbers) starting sometime in August. These numbers are very hard to track because they are being done many different ways in different states and various websites so it's easy to confuse a lay person like me. Most people would just give up and trust the reported numbers, but I've never been a truly trusting soul.

Default Florida county commissioner promotes ivermectin use

It would be surprising even if Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis dives into this deep pool of dangerous, medical ignorance, especially as Florida hospital emergency rooms remain under stress.

<<Hospitals in Oklahoma have been so backed up with ivermectin overdoses that gunshot victims are unable to receive treatment quickly.>>

https://www.yahoo.com/news/florida-o...160052319.html

<<Dr. Jason McElyea said the bed shortage was so severe that gunshot victims are waiting to be treated.

McElyea said people reported adverse effects like vision loss after overdosing on the deworming drug.>>

Dr. McElyea’s statements have been rebutted by one of the hospitals where he is on staff and Rolling Stone, which had published his allegations, attempted to contact him without success. The magazine also did further fact digging and could not corroborate his statements.

Default 20-25 percent of infected children experience long COVID sequelae?

If this expert (see 1:10 minute mark of following video) is correct that as high as 20 percent or more of COVID infected children suffer long COVID symptoms, the DeSantis anti-spread policies are a disaster, especially if we learn that these symptoms are life-long. With children, who have no memory of being fully healthy as an adult, they may not even recognize that they suffer from health deficiencies, which can include reduced brain functions.
