Yes, many years ago, I had a sweet dog named Mindy. She had bladder stones and had surgery. It was a long time ago, but she did really well and the problem was fixed.
I also had a cat named Samantha with the same problem that surgery cured.

Like I said, it was a long time ago. I don't remember what he said about recurrences, but I do remember not giving the pets any more dry food as that could have been one of the reasons it happened.
Hopefully, someone will read your post who has had that happen recently and be more helpful to you. It's just been too long for me to remember the details.
