I rented a ranch style duple apartment in Troy from First Troy Corp. Rentals and enjoyed living there very much. The features I liked best were the standard washer/dryer that were provided and the 1 car attached garage.

The location was excellent as well. It was just 1 mile from I-75 in Laurel Creek Subdivision. My lawn care and snow plowing was also taken care of for me. These homes are only a few years old and in top shape.

Their number is 937-335-5223 or I think their website is www.1troy.com. I know they have 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments and Townhomes for rent in the area North of Dayton, Ohio.

This is more appropriate for the Ohio forum than the Cincinnati forum.
