Nova Bella, a salon and spa, will soon be opening in the spot where Logan Raye was located, at Gervais and Gadsden. Their signs are in the windows.

The land is being cleared for construction to begin on the Moore School of Business at Assembly and Green.

Any pics CD? Just saw the planned floorplates and technology infrastructure for this building, it will make a huge impact (although it will be net zero impact) in that area. There aren't many buildings in the Carolinas, current or planned, that have what will be in this building.

Should become a signature building for the University, Columbia and state.

The World Beer Festival is this weekend.
