Where does all that Colorado pot tax go? | 9news.com

Here's some info about the Jeffco School Ballot Issues:
Support Jeffco Schools
Note there are several community forums you can attend.
You supplied info that only supports 3A and 3B. How about an unbiased view point of it? Some of the things Ive read is a 10% hike on property tax. What happens when the county and schools blow all that money and teachers are still leaving due to pay? 4A and 4B? Funny how the last board past a pay raise for teachers but since they were anti union they were bad and evil. Not that I support either one, its just funny how the real issue isn't about the kids, its about the unions.

You can go to one of the info sessions, or do the research on it yourself. I don't live in Jeffco, but I saw that on Facebook. I seriously doubt that it's a 10% property tax hike.

This^^^ I am so glad I live in a state where drugs are illegal and there is no crime and certainly no drugs.

But seriously, it is hilarious that you live in a racist propaganda movie from the 1930s. Is that a VR thing? I'd love to try that out. I hear its better than drugs.

According to this, $4.12 per month for every $100,000 in home value. Roughly, $50/year/$100,000 in home value.

You evidently lack attention, as you haven't been paying much.

I thought stoners were too lazy to steal and hung out in mom's basement.

I'd imagine they may be plenty of illegal grows in NorCo where there is more easily accessible water than what we have down south.
Not exactly.

I'm not meaning to boast, but I've been somewhat tracking some of the Pueblo County and/or Southern Colorado busts in here somewhere.

Oh there it is. And if ever there was a thread already in circulation that we could merge this redundant thread into, it might be that one.

Invest in a good pair of headphones or ear buds and play music while walking. That's how you adapt to getting around peacefully in a lively city environment.

Who said anything about being oblivious to your surroundings? I still have vision and my other senses that give me the wherewithal to be aware of my environment.

Earbuds in just allows me to look at them with a blank stare and shrug my shoulders to alert them that I didn't hear them. And then I keep walking. It's not like I'm walking in some dark alleyway with my head down and music blaring.
