FOUND TRAYS OF RAW BEEF WITH NO COVER, HANGING PIGS IN CONTACT WITH UNCOVERED FOOD ITEMS i.e. RAW BEEF. INSTRUCTED TO COVER AND PROPERLY STORE OPEN FOOD PRODUCTS DURING STORAGE, DISPLAY, AND SERVICE.
