FRONT SIDE, MAIN KITCHEN, AND BASEMENT HAND SINKS BLOCKED WITH POTS, PANS, DIRTY DISHES, BULK CONTAINERS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE SAID ITEMS AND MAKE HAND SINK ACCESSIBLE FOR HANDWASHING AT ALL TIMES.
