The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. PROVIDE SHATTER PROOF BULBS AND OR LIGHT SHIELDS INSIDE MEAT DISPLAY CASE AND DRIED SAUSAGE HOLDING UNIT.
PROVIDE SINK STOPPERS FOR TWO AND THREE COMPARTMENT SINKS. REPAIR LEAK AT HOSE BY OUTSIDE BASEMENT STAIRS TO PREVENT STANDING WATER.
