The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPAIR BROKEN WALL TILE ON SIDE OF TOILET BOWL.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. MUST PROVIDE PROPER SANITARY CONTAINERS TO STORE ICE SCOOPS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST REPLACE BROKEN AIR CURTAIN FLAPS AT WALK IN COOLER DOOR. REMOVE ICE BUILD UP FROM INTERIOR OF WALK IN FREEZER.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST DETAIL CLEAN INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE AND MOP SINK. ALSO DETAIL CLEAN FRYERS AND ALL ATTACHED LEGS, WHEELS AND PIPING AND REMOVE EXTREME GREASE BUILD UP.
