Closets in classrooms that had peeling paint,plaster in (3rd, 2nd floor), shall be repaired sealed. Peeling paint in 1st floor classrooms shall be repaired/sealed.
light shields in kitchen prep area, clasrooms, 3rd fl, 2nd fl, and 1st floor not clean need cleaning.
Must provide self closing mechanism to principals office bathroom door.
Must provide exhaust fan in faculty bathrooms on 2nd floor, 3rd floor., exhaust vents(ventilation)in 1st floor classroom need cleaning, exhaust vents(ventilation) in cooler neen cleaning.walk in freezers exhaust vent had peeling paint/rust, shall be replaced.
