Floor along wallbase, behind equipment, in floor of oven not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and daily.
Ceiling in has peeling paint in hallway and basement. Instructed to remove peeling paint and repaint. Light covers in prep area not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.

Ventilation and light covers in prep table area not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean daily. Ceiling has peeling paint above dish machine. Instructed to remove peeling paint and repaint ceiling.
Unecessary articles stored in basement and second floor. Instructed to remove all unused articles and elevate 6 inches or higher off floor and away from wall.
Ice scoop not properly stored. Instructed to store in a sanitize holder or container.

Found some items not properly dated/labeled in walk in coolers, walk in freezer, reach in coolers, reach in freezer, must date and label food items in walk in cooler, walk in freezer, reach in coolers, and reach in freezer.
Walk in cooler shelving/racks that had rust, peeling paint, shall be repaired/replaced. Non food contact surfaces of ice machine that had rust, shall be repaired/replaced, rear storage shelving in bsmt. storage area that had peeling paint/rust, shall be repaired/replaced.
Non food contact surfaces of ice machine, prep table lower shelving not clean need cleaning(detailed), non food contact surfaces of cooking equipment, cooler shelving, and storage shelving need cleaning.
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment, rear storage areas under shelving(1st floor, bsmt.)not clean need detailed cleaning(corners).
Damaged/loose ceiling tile in kitchen pre area shall be repaired/replaced, ceiling tiles in front prep area not clean need cleaning(detailed).
Exhaust canopy not clean needs detailed cleaning, exhaust vents(ventilation)in pizza prep area not clean need cleaning(detailed).
