Required 'no smoking' signs not posted at entrance and areas where smoking is prohibited. Must post signs.
Leak under 1 washroom sink. Must repair. Remove faucet threads from mop sink and 3 compartment sink. No hoses may be attached to faucets.
Front and rear doors not rodent and insect proof. Must seal openings at bottom and sides of doors.
No metal container (dumpster) for garbage disposal. Must provide proper container.
Following not clean: shelves, sinks, countertops, greasetrap etc. Must clean and maintain all.
Floors not clean through-out rear and prep areas. Must clean and maintain floors. Install missing coving in prep and storage areas.
Openings in walls around pipes and conduits. Must seal all openings in walls.
Toilet room doors are not self-closing. Must install self-closing devices.
