Observation: Dish washing machine is still not working. Manager called for service, they ordered the parts and waiting to be delivered. Staff using three compartment sink until machine is fixed. Manager will call when is ready to use.

Observation: Flowing condensation in walk-in freezer under vents. Cooling system must be designated so vent's or dripping onto food do not cause contamination . Clean and service as necessary.

Observation: Box of food (pancake mix) is on the floor with ice on top of it. Source appears to be a walk-in freezer vent which had an ice flow dripping beneath it. Package food may not be stored in direct contact with ice. Removed and corrected on site.

Observation: Shelving in back storage is untreated particle board. All surfaces exposed to food must be smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent. Seal shelving with two coats of light colored paint or varnish.

Squirt bottle of sanitizer was not labeled. All working containers of chemicals must be labeled with the common name of product. Labeled during inspection.

Insulation boards in walk-in cooler are not cleanable. All walls must be easily cleanable and nonabsorbent. Suggest installing FRP over insulation so that walls are cleanable.
