Thank you all for the responses given so far.
With the talk of all of the haunted homes around, is there any possibility that a psycho could have been living in one of those homes in early 2000's and done something to Jason?
Or were one of these homes a popular place to stop and see the haunted home... which I'm doubting in this case (10:00 in the morning and on his way to his job) but just in case.

Saltine - do you have any additional information on this house or the Jolkowski situation that you could bring forward? Thank you for your input.

Did anyone graduate in or around that time, early 2000s? Does anyone know of anyone who changed their lifestyle around that time? Turned to drugs suddenly? Became depressed? Anything like that? Anyone know anyone from that area, around Benson High School.
We're talking here about a few blocks, from 48th Street, to Benson High School. Think about that for a moment... something happened on a VERY short walk, in a quiet area. What could happen to a 19 year old on that walk? Does anyone have any idea? Did any of you know him personally?
Any ideas, theories? Anything at all?

To be fair, there is nowhere that is "known" to be haunted. The whole subject of hauntings and the supernatural is an area that has not been proven.

Now you can say it is said to be haunted, as that is not asserting a fact, but is simply suggesting something might be.

I know. Hummel Park may not be haunted, but it for sure a place that is creepy for many

Has anyone ever walked this area?
Are there any theories at all? Aside from strange haunted homes? That was one thing I didn't expect I can say that much for sure.

Have you looked at their website? They are helping others through their site. Wonderful they are giving to others when they have been through so much. If you want to look at the area use Google maps and you should be able to get street views of the area. How did you come to hear of this case?

Exactly. This and other reasons I personally would love to help. I have looked at the area on google maps quite a bit. My thought here was maybe to get some people excited about possibly figuring this thing out. Someone out in Omaha knows what happened. Someone, somewhere in that area. If word gets to the right person, maybe they won't take themselves into the police station, but at least let the Jolkowski's know what happened somehow.

he maybe stumbled upon something bad happening at Benson High or Monroe Jr. High 's parking lot and got punished for it. (i.e. a drug deal or something else illegal going down in parking lot perhaps)

Interesting theory, partly something I have thought as well at times.
One thing I forgot to mention, video cameras at the school didn't record any images of Jason at or around the school... so it doesn't appear that he made it that far. Doesn't leave us with much more, but narrows the area where something happened a little bit.
