But from what you described in your first post, you've been doing what friends do. You mentioned hanging out, talking, playing games, eating food, even planning trips. Those are things that I do with my own friends, and aren't limited to what I do in a romantic relationship.
Out of curiosity, how many other friendships do you have besides this woman? If this is a situation where you have few other social or emotional outlets, you might have been reading more into your experiences with her.

If you want a female companion, friendship will always be the basis of the majority of the relationship. Sex will be minor, and less important with every month. So if you're not a friendly person and more of a loner, you will struggle in this category.
