When it comes to the playoffs, it's either a win or a loss. Losing in OT in the playoffs is no different than a regulation loss.

I agree...what was it with the Vancouver uniform that had what looked like a lumberjack.

IMO the NHL got it right for its All-Star Game. 3 on 3, the four divisions are the teams, and its a tournament format. Much more exciting than the circus the NFL has created.

The skills competition needs to just stick to the basics. Fastest skater, hardest shot, accuracy shot, breakaway challenge etc. No one cares about hitting a surfboard with a puck.

I consider the most fun part of All-Star weekend. I missed it the other night, but in years gone by it is a spectacle.

The NHLPA (National Hockey League Players Association) have former Boston mayor Marty Walsh as new head of the NHLPA.

In one of the more surprising developments from NHL All-Star weekend, it appears that the NHLPA has hired former Boston City Mayor Marty Walsh as their new executive director replacing the retiring Donald Fehr, according to multiple reports.

Walsh, whose surprise candidacy was first reported by TSN’s Darren Dreger last week, will reportedly step into the hockey players’ union role soon from his current job as the US Secretary of Labor under the Biden Administration.

I did it, the biggest bet of my life.
I put 500 on the Bruins at + 375 to win the Cup. Pay out would be 1835.00 plus my 500 back.

They are steam rolling the NHL right now. Unless an injury happens, the odds look very good for me!!

Good for you, man, I hope you win. But the truth is the team that wins the Presidents' Trophy usually does not win the Cup. Boston is on pace to win the PT.

I’ll bet a lot of people did that when the Lightning was steamrolling the NHL. They got swept that year in the first round.

The best bet as I type to win the cup are plus 2500 for the NJ Devils with Cesars Sports Book.
