I think the MCG dorms and the Heal facility. Should give the area around Paine College a bigger city feel. Paine College campus can be great. I wonder if MCG or Paine is going to get the old building on Central ave. I think the building is a abandoned warehouse. I know MCG got the old Wife Saver property.

Castleberry would have to close down first. I'd look for MCG to expand on the Sunset property or the Kroger shopping center.

I thought castleberry was closed already after the scare of tainted foods coming through there, what kind of production is going on there now?

The kroger shopping center can be turned into something else. Unless its redone and upgraded. If not have Mcg or Paine use it.

I dont see paine using it, it seems like they are having a hard time raising money 2 build the heal center so getting more land isnt going to happen in teh near future without divine intervention

What's the total cost of the heal facility? I know paine is a small college. But alot of rich black people graduated from there. I mean Paine got Bill Cosby more than once to come speak. Surely they should be able to raise the money. Even if we are still in a recession.

Applications to attend MCG are up. The medical school will be expanding for the next 20 years.
