  • Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing under the convection oven in the rear prep area.
  • Basic - Dumpster rusted out on bottom.
  • Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee food / drinks in the small cooler at the bar not properly labeled / identified and separated.
  • Basic - Interior of oven has heavy accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Inside the convection oven
  • Basic - Open dumpster lid. Card board dumpster
  • High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food. Sanitizing solution spray bottles hanging with the liquor at the bar **Corrected On-Site**
  • Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans, plan review application and payment for plan review to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 1940 N Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. New handicapped bathroom was added to the establishment without approved plans. Plans must be submitted and approved by the next unannounced inspection to avoid a warning or any other administrative action. Provided plan review guide.
