Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no ambient thermometer in the prep area reach-in cooler by the drive thru window.
Basic - Reach-in cooler gasket torn/in disrepair for the prep station reach-in cooler near the drive thru window
High Priority - Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Observed quat sanitizer in the 3 compartment sink is well over 400 ppm when tested.
Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed that the hand sink at the front counter is blocked by shelving. **Corrected On-Site**
Intermediate - Soil residue in food storage containers. Observed the inside of the cinnamon/sugar container is soiled.
