Items stocked/ prepared this morning as per manager. all items from bottom of reachin cooler moved to walkin cooler for cooling and cod holding. DO NOT STORE ANY TCS FOODS IN THIS UNIT UNTIL IT CAN MAINTAIN FOOD AT 41 F OR BELOW. **Warning**on call back 12-11-13 tomatoes at 46°F, eggs 44°F,onions 46°F., in reach cooler by register. All TCS foods in cooler, moved to another cooler or placed on ice during callback.
