10/17/17 @ 12:54PM 1/A-55010 Tarra was not very pleasant and turned extremely rude. I ordered combo with cookies and asked what the price was for a dozen. She snapped back with I don't have a dozen chocolate chip. after she bags up my cookies there is still 2 chocolate chip cookies. She insists they are someone else. I ask for managers/owners #. I am the manager. and you can write the manager here. (really do I look that stupid. I thought) after I keep asking for owner she bags up the cookies with attitude. I sill ask for # to owner... She ask why I gave you the cookies, what are you going to tell him?(really) I dropped it and walked out. as I walk out Tarra proceeds to argue with me..."That was really considered of you to take someone else cookie! (Really) This tops all bad customer services stories. them I leave and I have 2 half cookies in my bag. also I got 12 cookies and 3-3cookie, she should have told me to spend 1 money $1.00 and you can get 3 more. I am not very happy for a number of reasons. bottom lime is I am a paying customer and I spent $22.04 today, for what to be treated like this.
