  • High Priority - Raw sewage on ground of establishment. There was raw sewage bubbling out of a sewage cover. Sewage is coming from manhole cover, going over curb and draining into a storm drain. No sewage is on street or ground where personnel have to walk. Talked with Mr Barry Evans DOH Escambia county Environmental Health, they issued a citation and will return on 1/16/2014 to see if problem is fixed. Ruby Tuesday management has notified their sewage experts of problem and they are in route from Mobile Alabama. I walked to lift station and there is a red flashing light on lift station. Ruby Tuesday personnel were aware of this light. **Warning**
