- Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. Large water filter on 3 bin sink wall. Does not appear to be in use...if here, needs to be maintained.
- Observed nonfood-grade containers used for food storage. Black garbage bag and many grocery style bags observed in cooling units.
- Observed chest freezer gasket torn/in disrepair-small chest freezer on cookline.
- Critical. Lack of use of chemical test kit when using chemical sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine.
- Critical. Hot water not provided/shut off at employee hand wash sink. New handwash sink on cookline temps at 95 F. All others including 3 bin sink at 101 Plus.
- Critical. Handwashing cleanser and handwash sign missing from plan review required handwash sink.
- Missing drain plug at dumpster.
- Observed open dumpster lid.
- Observed garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster.
- Exhaust system off during the operation of cooking equipment. For reporting purposes only.
- Critical. Manager lacking proof of Food Manager Certification and no one certifed at this location.
- Critical. No proof of required employee training provided. All public food service establishments must provide the division with proof of employee training upon request, including, but not limited to, at the time of any division inspection of the establishment.
