I LIKE PANERA, THE FOOD IS GOOD AND THE SERVICE TOO. I HAVE ONE CRITICISM, I THINK THEY SHOULD REDEISGN THE FOOD DISPLAY CABINETS. EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE A COVER - THE BAGEL TRAYS BREADS AND CAKE ON DISPLAY SHOULD HAVE A CLEAR COVER IN ORDER TO PROTECT FROM FLIES ETC, I REALLY WISH PANERA WOULD CONSIDER REDESIGNING THE WAY THE FOODS IS DISPLAYED - PLEASE MANAGMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT. OTHERWISE A GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND I LOVE THE SES SEED BAGEL
