Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Scoop at front counter sandwich make station in unclean refrigerated standing water.
High Priority - Improper sewage disposal at floor drain in dumpster/compactor area. Upon entering establishment, employee was manually scooping interior grease trap waste water out into plastic bag in cardboard box, with intentions of disposing into dumpster. Process was ceased and Du-All company was called for service tomorrow, waste in bag/box was tied up and left for Du-All removal tomorrow.
